Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to hotel guests in person and via phone/email
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and process payments accurately
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Maintain clean and organized front desk/reception area
- Assist with event setup and guest activities during peak seasons
- Adhere to all company safety and compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal/written)
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid passport and eligibility for H2B visa sponsorship
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
