Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain provided agricultural equipment including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Perform seasonal planting, cultivation, and harvesting tasks per supervisor instructions
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Adhere to all safety protocols while operating machinery in field conditions
- Assist in crop monitoring and quality control procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet seasonal production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa status or eligibility for H2B sponsorship
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
