Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (corn, soybeans, vegetables)
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Perform field maintenance tasks including weeding, pruning, and soil preparation
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards during all operations
- Assist with packing and loading harvested produce for shipment
- Maintain accurate records of farm activities and crop yields
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year of agriculture/farming experience required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills for safety and team coordination
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
