Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest cotton and grain crops according to seasonal schedules
- Operate and maintain farm machinery including tractors, cultivators, and irrigation systems
- Monitor crop health and apply pest control measures under supervisor guidance
- Perform manual labor including weeding, pruning, and crop sorting
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Assist in post-harvest processing and packaging activities
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to sponsor through our program
- Minimum 1 year of commercial farming experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license (preferred for equipment operation)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment physical examination
