Responsibilities
- Harvest and sort crops (tomatoes, tobacco, cucumbers) according to quality standards
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Maintain crop health through field inspections and pest management
- Assist with planting, fertilizing, and irrigation tasks
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Participate in team-based field operations
- Document daily work activities and inventory
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- No prior felony convictions
- Agricultural experience preferred but not required
