Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload delivery vehicles using forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Check and verify incoming stock, ensuring accurate counts and documentation.
- Picking and Packing: Prepare customer orders efficiently, ensuring parcels are correctly packaged and labeled.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
- Equipment Handling: Operate warehouse machinery and handheld scanners in strict accordance with safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics team to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the UK.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not essential; we provide full training.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy items (up to 25kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Flexible availability to work shifts, including early starts, late finishes, and weekends.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality control in order fulfillment.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly.
