Responsibilities
- Greets customers warmly and actively listens to their needs to provide personalized product recommendations.
- Operates Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintains the sales floor to company standards, ensuring products are organized, displayed attractively, and well-stocked.
- Builds and maintains a loyal customer base through follow-up interactions and exceptional service.
- Assists in inventory management, including stock counts and preparing shipments for the back room.
- Communicates customer feedback and product inquiries to store management to improve operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
