Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer consultations to drive conversion and maximize average transaction value
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling compliance
- Build and maintain client relationships through personalized follow-up communications
- Collaborate with team to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Stay current on product knowledge and fashion trends to provide expert guidance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in premium environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with multilingual abilities a plus
- Proficiency with retail POS systems (e.g., Shopify Plus, Square)
- Strong visual merchandising and product presentation skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional off-site client events)
