Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Actively engage customers to understand their needs and recommend products that provide solutions, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Customer Service: Deliver a world-class customer experience by greeting customers warmly, answering inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of all products, promotions, and policies to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Store Operations: Assist with store maintenance, visual merchandising, inventory organization, and processing transactions accurately.

Qualifications
