Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommend solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions.
- Maintain store appearance and organize merchandise displays to attract customers.
- Follow up with leads and potential clients to convert inquiries into sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and achieve store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Proven track record in sales or customer service is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and POS software.
