Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under supervision during residency period
- Assist with medication administration and treatment procedures
- Document patient observations and care activities in EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Participate in continuous education and skills workshops
- Adhere to HIPAA and hospital safety protocols
- Complete residency program milestones and evaluations
Qualifications
- Nursing diploma or associate/bachelor's degree (foreign credentials accepted)
- Active nursing license or eligibility to obtain in Hawaii
- No prior nursing experience required
- Pass English proficiency exam (TOEFL/IELTS)
- Eligible for US work visa sponsorship
- CPR certification (will be provided if needed)
- Background check and drug screen clearance
- Commitment to 18-month employment post-residency
