Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and conditions continuously, alerting physicians to changes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient recovery outcomes.
- Maintain precise electronic health records and documentation.
- Provide compassionate education to patients and families regarding treatment plans.
- Adhere to hospital policies regarding infection control and patient safety.
Qualifications
- Active RN License in the US (or eligibility to obtain).
- Foreign educated nurses: Must complete our paid bridge/training program.
- Valid Passport and visa sponsorship eligibility (H1B/J1/Green Card).
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a diverse environment.
- BLS and ACLS Certification required.
