Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care across diverse medical units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and specialized nursing procedures
- Document patient assessments and progress accurately in electronic health records
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
- Provide patient education and support to promote health literacy
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
Qualifications
- Active RN license in home country or eligible for US licensure
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- BSN degree or equivalent international qualification
- English proficiency (minimum TOEFL 550/IELTS 6.5)
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Ability to obtain Florida RN license upon arrival
- Pass background screening and health clearance
