Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care in medical-surgical units
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans
- Maintain sterile techniques and infection control
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Foreign-educated nursing degree (RN/LPN equivalent)
- Pass English proficiency exam (TOEFL/IELTS)
- Pass CGFNS/NCLEX exam preparation
- Valid nursing license in home country
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- US Visa eligibility (J-1/H-1B sponsorship available)
