Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in emergency, ICU, and medical-surgical units
- Administer medications, treatments, and immunizations per physician orders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated care plans
- Document patient assessments and progress using Epic EMR systems
- Provide patient/family education on health management and discharge planning
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and OSHA regulations
- Participate in rapid response and code blue emergencies
Qualifications
- BSN degree from accredited institution (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- Active NJ RN license or eligibility for endorsement
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience in US-equivalent setting
- Current BLS/ACLS certifications (TNCC preferred)
- English proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100+)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
