Responsibilities
- Delicate patient assessment, medication administration, and treatment coordination
- Develop and implement individualized care plans with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation standards
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions and preventive care
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare specialists for optimal outcomes

Qualifications
- BSN degree or foreign equivalent (required)
- Valid foreign nursing license with unrestricted status
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- English proficiency (TOEFL/IELTS scores required if applicable)
- Certification in BLS and ACLS (or equivalent)
- NCLEX-RN exam eligibility or willingness to obtain
- Strong interpersonal and cultural adaptability skills
