Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care in medical/surgical units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans in EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain infection control and safety protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Provide patient/family education on health management
Qualifications
- BSN or foreign equivalent nursing degree
- Active nursing license (or eligible for US licensure)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- English proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100)
- Pass background and health screenings
- Commitment to 24-month employment post-training
- Willingness to relocate to Albuquerque, NM
