Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments prescribed by physicians in strict accordance with medical orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs and record changes in health status.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document all patient care activities, symptoms, and responses to treatment accurately and timely.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients by maintaining a clean, organized, and infection-free environment.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and care instructions.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
- Active BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Eligibility or willingness to undergo the visa sponsorship process (H1B, J1 Visa, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
