Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via remote support channels
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
- Create and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Monitor network security and implement preventative measures
- Train end-users on system usage and best practices
- Collaborate with IT team on system improvements and upgrades
- Manage ticket queues and maintain SLA compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical support experience
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer/AnyDesk)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid US driver's license and reliable transportation
