Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive telehealth nursing services to patients across Alaska
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct virtual health assessments and medication management
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Participate in emergency response protocols via telecommunication systems
- Provide patient education on chronic disease management and preventive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and telehealth program development
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Alaska or compact state
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Telehealth certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Strong proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Excellent communication skills for virtual patient interactions
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must be eligible for visa sponsorship (international candidates)
