Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive virtual nursing assessments and patient consultations
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for chronic disease management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams via telehealth platforms

Qualifications
- Active RN license in California or ability to obtain via compact endorsement
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Telehealth certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Strong proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth technology
- Excellent communication skills for virtual patient interactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
