Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient assessments and care coordination

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Massachusetts (or eligible for endorsement)
- 3+ years of nursing experience, with case management preferred
- Strong telehealth platform proficiency (Zoom, Doxy, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Valid US work authorization or eligible for visa sponsorship
- BLS certification required
