Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional virtual and in-person guest experiences
- Manage remote reservation systems and check-in processes
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms
- Assist with event setup and special guest requests
- Maintain accurate guest records in property management systems
- Support seasonal staff training and onboarding
Qualifications
- Eligible for H2B visa sponsorship (J-1 also considered)
- 1+ years in hospitality, tourism, or customer service
- Strong English proficiency with clear communication skills
- Comfortable with remote work technology (Zoom, Slack, etc.)
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid passport and ability to obtain US work authorization
- Basic computer proficiency and multitasking abilities
