Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hospital operations and departmental budgets
- Develop strategic improvement initiatives for patient care protocols
- Lead interdisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Joint Commission standards
- Manage vendor contracts and supply chain logistics
- Implement performance metrics and quality assurance programs
- Serve as liaison between clinical staff and executive leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- 5+ years of progressive healthcare management experience
- Current Kentucky healthcare administrator license
- Proven track record in budget management and cost reduction
- Strong knowledge of EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with Joint Commission accreditation processes
