Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in acute care settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Utilize telehealth platforms for remote patient monitoring
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Provide patient education and discharge planning
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to NC Board of Nursing regulations and hospital policies
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina RN license (or eligible)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- Eligible for US work visa sponsorship (H-1B, TN, etc.)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong telehealth proficiency
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
