Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care through virtual consultations and remote monitoring
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
- Utilize telehealth platforms for chronic disease management and patient education
- Participate in quarterly on-site clinical rotations at Pittsburgh facilities
- Maintain accurate electronic health records using Epic systems
- Provide mentorship to nursing students and international colleagues
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives through data analysis
Qualifications
- Active RN license (or eligible) in Pennsylvania
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Telehealth certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months
- Proficiency in electronic health records (Epic preferred)
- Strong communication skills across diverse cultural backgrounds
- Valid US work authorization (visa sponsorship provided)
