- Conduct needs assessments and create personalized relocation plans
- Collaborate with corporate clients to ensure satisfaction metrics
- Develop local resource guides for new residents
Qualifications
- 3+ years in relocation coordination or HR support role
- Proven experience managing relocation budgets and logistics
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with Scottsdale housing market and amenities
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Proficient in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest)
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
