Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation processes for corporate transferees
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reimbursements
- Arrange housing searches, temporary accommodations, and school transfers
- Conduct cultural orientation and community integration sessions
- Collaborate with third-party vendors (movers, realtors, schools)
- Track and report relocation metrics for continuous improvement
- Provide 24/7 support during critical relocation phases
Qualifications
- 3+ years in corporate relocation or HR coordination
- Experience with relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC Global)
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
