Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end relocation processes for corporate clients moving to Milwaukee
- Coordinate with moving companies, housing providers, and local service vendors
- Develop customized relocation plans including budget management and timeline coordination
- Provide clients with neighborhood tours, school information, and community resources
- Track relocation expenses and ensure compliance with corporate policies
- Maintain detailed client records and documentation
- Collaborate with HR departments to align relocation with employee needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of corporate relocation coordination experience
- Strong knowledge of Milwaukee housing market and community resources
- Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC Global)
- Certification in Relocation (CRP) preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean record
