Responsibilities
- Coordinate housing searches and neighborhood tours for relocating families
- Facilitate school enrollment processes and community resource connections
- Manage relocation documentation and benefit eligibility verification
- Provide cultural orientation and local market guidance
- Collaborate with corporate clients to design tailored relocation packages
- Track client satisfaction metrics and service delivery outcomes
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or case management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in relocation software (e.g., ReloTracker, RelocationPro)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Knowledge of Omaha neighborhoods and resources
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) certification a plus
