Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments accurately with proper documentation
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to healthcare team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals to develop care plans
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Participate in emergency response procedures and code blue situations
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nevada or eligible for endorsement
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- English language proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or equivalent)
- Eligible for TN-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
