Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient medical records and progress notes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.
- Respond promptly to emergent situations and provide critical support during high-stress periods.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-care instructions.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of Maryland.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (New grads with visa sponsorship may be considered).
- Demonstrated proficiency in English (both verbal and written) for effective communication.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Ability to obtain relevant specialty certifications (e.g., CCRN, CEN) within one year of employment.
- Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
