Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on clinical needs.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to any changes in condition to ensure patient safety.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Educate patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and clinical notes.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the state of Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience (International candidates with foreign nursing education are welcome to apply).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care with a culturally sensitive approach.
- Eligibility or willingness to undergo the visa sponsorship process (H1B, Green Card, or J1 Visa).
