Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital protocols and state regulations.
- Monitor patient progress and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to adjust care plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and clinical notes.
- Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions and treatment plans.
- Respond to medical emergencies and perform basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) when necessary.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States (or equivalent foreign license).
- Demonstrated eligibility for US Visa sponsorship (H-1B, J-1, or Green Card).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and adherence to ethical medical practices.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
