Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities immediately to the clinical team.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, interventions, and responses.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California or a compact state.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and eligibility for visa sponsorship.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a high-paced, dynamic environment.
