Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team immediately.
- Document patient care activities, symptoms, progress, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and social workers to ensure holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and efficiently to ensure patient safety.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States (or equivalent foreign qualification).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting (preferred).
- BSN degree preferred; Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted with strong experience.
- Eligibility to obtain or hold a valid US work visa (H1-B, J-1, O-1, etc.).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
