Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and progress while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical situations.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and healing environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the US or eligibility for licensure transfer.
- Willingness to undergo and complete our Paid Training curriculum.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred but not mandatory.
- Commitment to cultural competence and patient-centered care.
