Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in assigned clinical units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Document patient records accurately and timely
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to interventions
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- BSN or international nursing degree equivalent
- Active RN license in home country
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- English proficiency (TOEFL/IELTS required)
- Successful NCLEX preparation support provided
- Pass background check and health screenings
- Commitment to 18-month employment contract
- Basic computer skills and EHR familiarity
