Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in acute care settings with evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and perform diagnostic procedures
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergency situations with rapid intervention
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Educate patients/families on health management and discharge planning
- Comply with JCAHO, HIPAA, and California Board of Nursing regulations
Qualifications
- Valid RN license (or eligibility for CA license via NCLEX)
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred for leadership roles
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience (ICU/ER highly valued)
- English proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100+ required for visa)
- BLS/ACLS certifications; PALS preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
- Commitment to 24-month employment post-sponsorship
