Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and monitor treatment progress
- Administer medications and therapeutic interventions with precision
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and emergency response protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (or eligible for Arizona licensure)
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred for specialized roles
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- Valid BLS certification; ACLS/PALS required for certain units
- Demonstrated proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Excellent communication skills and cultural competence
- Eligibility for US work visa sponsorship (J-1 or H-1B pathways)
