Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status by performing physical exams and reviewing medical histories.
- Develop and implement comprehensive nursing care plans in collaboration with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and laws.
- Monitor patients' conditions continuously and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Document all patient care activities, symptoms, progress, and outcomes accurately.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in home country (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Foreign nursing degree recognized by the US or willingness to bridge programs.
- IELTS/TOEFL score demonstrating English proficiency (minimum required).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking skills, and a caring demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
