Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients across various units.
- Assessment: Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies and critical care situations.
- Education: Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or compact state.
- Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Visa Eligibility: Must be eligible for Visa Sponsorship (H1-B, O-1, or TN status) or currently hold a valid work visa.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required based on unit specialty.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
