Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across diverse medical units including ER, ICU, and Oncology
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Administer medications and perform diagnostic procedures per protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and infection control measures
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Oregon or compact state
- BSN degree from accredited nursing program (MSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care setting
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- English proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100+ required for visa candidates)
- Eligibility for TN or H-1B visa sponsorship
- Strong communication skills and cultural competence
