Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across acute care units
- Administer medications and monitor patient vitals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans
- Adhere to JCAHO and NC Board of Nursing standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
- Active RN license in North Carolina or eligible
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- English proficiency (TOEFL/IELTS required if applicable)
- Eligible for U.S. work visa sponsorship
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
