Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care across multiple departments including ER, ICU, and Med-Surg
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document clinical observations and patient progress in electronic health records
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Provide health education to patients and families
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license from country of origin or eligible for NCLEX
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience
- English language proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100)
- Documentation of educational credentials (verified through CES)
- Ability to obtain Arizona nursing license within 6 months
- Eligibility for U.S. work visa sponsorship
- CPR/BLS certification
- Positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning
