Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in accordance with hospital protocols and nursing standards.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Monitor patient vitals and conditions, promptly reporting any changes or abnormalities to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide comprehensive patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatments, and preventative care strategies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients and staff at all times.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous learning opportunities.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
- Eligibility or willingness to undergo the visa sponsorship process (H-1B, O-1, Green Card sponsorship, etc.).
- BSN preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted with relevant experience.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Commitment to the highest standards of patient safety and ethical practice.
