Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status by performing physical exams and reviewing medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosing.
- Monitor patients' responses to treatments and report any changes or adverse reactions immediately.
- Document patient care activities, vital signs, and outcomes in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (or eligible to obtain licensure in Ohio).
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Willingness to relocate to Toledo, Ohio, and undergo a background check.
