Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers to ensure comprehensive care plans
- Maintain precise electronic medical records and documentation

Qualifications
- Valid RN license (or eligible for Nevada endorsement)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; ADN accepted with experience
- Minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience
- Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
