Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established clinical protocols
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient assessments and progress accurately in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care management
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and unit-based committees
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the United States or eligibility for licensure
- BSN degree required (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience preferred
- Proof of English language proficiency (TOEFL/IELTS required for international candidates)
- Certification in BLS and ACLS (or obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Eligibility for US visa sponsorship (J-1 or H-1B)
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse teams
