Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across diverse medical units including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg
- Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic procedures with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead patient education and discharge planning initiatives
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols
- Mentor junior nursing staff and contribute to continuous learning culture
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California or eligibility for endorsement
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care setting
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency in electronic health systems (EPIC preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and cultural competence
- Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice
